Editing the template settings of a checklist template can be done by clicking on the context menu (the three dots) on the right hand side of the checklist template under “Manage checklist” and selecting “Template settings“.
The following options will be displayed.
Test object (type) limitations:
Here the checklist can be limited to specific test object types and test objects.
Add restrictions to complete the checklist.
Here you can define exactly what happens if a checklist has not been completed 100%. A distinction can be made here between warnings (show warning when exiting or closing) and errors (show warning when exiting / show error when closing).

Issue at each negative check
Once a check is negative, users are prompted to create an issue. The "Add issue" field appears.
The final validation to see if an issue has actually been created takes place at checklist closure.

How many users can run the checklist at the same time?
Here the specific amount of users can be choosen on working parallel in a checklist.
Enable the possibility to add signatures at verification/closing of a checklist:
The possibility of adding signatures at verification/closing of a checklist can be activated here. Depending on your needs, these can be optional or mandatory.
Activate fast navigation via checkidentifier:
If this section is activated, a sticky header will show up in the checklist. With its help, the user can navigate to checks or sections via checkidentifier.
Automatic navigation to next check after setting check result:
If this section is activated, the checklist automatically navigates to the next check.
Disable automatic navigation to next page or section after clicking next-button
In automatic navigation, the navigation to the next page or section is disabled by activating this option.
Enable reuse of check result of last completed checklist of same test object
If this is enabled, a previous test result can be selected again when executing a checklist with the same test object as before.
Creation of issues at checks
Enabled by default. If this is disabled, it will no longer be possible to create issues concerning a check for this checklist. Only comments can be added.
Group limitations:
In this sections the checklist can be limited to users and groups.
Custom field
If custom fields are stored here, these can be filled when a checklist is instantiated. This means that additional information can be stored for the checklist alongside the test object. Here you can set whether the fields are optional or mandatory.
