Issue search

The issue search allows you to search the Testify environment for all existing issues, regardless of whether they are closed or open. All issues are listed here in chronological order.

Only the issues for which one has the corresponding permission are displayed.

The search for specific issue is facilitated by the search button at the top right. After selecting the magnifying glass, a specific issue title can be entered to be searched for.

Filter

It is possible to apply certain filters to the listed issues. To filter the issues, select the filter button. Several filters can be selected at the same time. The available issues will be displayed sorted by date again. The following filter options are available:

  • Test object (type): When selecting a test object, the icon next to it on the right-hand side can also be used to select the corresponding subcomponents.

  • State: Selection between status Open, Resolved, Verified, Removed.

  • Due date: Dynamic filtering by date based on the desired time span

  • Category: When selecting a category, the icon next to it on the right side can also be used to select the corresponding subcomponents.

  • Custom fields: After selecting a custom field, you can specify additional search options below the selected custom field. This would make it possible to search for issues or test objects with defined custom fields or specific values.
