Check categories
Check categories make individual checks easier to categorize. This means that individual checks can be grouped together thematically and collected. By adding check categories to individual checks, meaningful PDF protocols can be created after the checklists have been successfully completed by the end of 2022. These show an overview of all recent checklists within the check category.
Add check categories
New check categories can be added in the administration area. This is possible by means of the orange plus button. A meaningful name and an unique identifier are necessary for the creation. These can be edited via the context menu (the three dots), but cannot be disabled or deleted.
Creating check collections with test objects
Check categories can be combined into check collections and thus linked to a test object. Meaningful PDF protocols can be created on the basis of check collections. These show an overview of all check results per check collection of the selected test object. The last verified checklist per checklist template is always used. More information at: View test objects
