we proudly announce our Testify Release Updates v4.46.0 with new improvements for a better Testify experience:

Generate PDF as action at issue creation / update | A new workflow allows it to generate PDFs for issues as an action. This substitutes the auto generation of default issue protocols. If the default issue protocol is deactivated at a tenant no workflow should be created. | |
Import / export of user custom field values in excel | For tenants where the mapping of custom fields to users is activated (this is possible via the customer success team), the custom field values can now be importes and exported. | |
Add right to reopen and verify only own checklists | Within the role management it can now be distinguished whether one can open/ verify all or only own checklists. | |
Add flag to testify Admins so no other user can edit him | The Testify Admin user now has an edit lock (flag) so that no other user can edit this user. | |
Add headers in PDFs for photo/file checks | To distinguish in pdf protocols whether photos and files are an attachment or a check result, Header results are now added above results if there are Attachments in Photo and File Checks |
