"Bundle and execute" is a feature to instantiate several checklists in parallel. This is possible by assigning a checklist template to several test objects and/or users at the same time. This results in several checklists that can be processed simultaneously. Depending on the activated option, there are the following possibilities:
Starting checklists with different test objects
Instantiation of checklists with different test objects (types) and different users
Instantiation of checklists with different test objects and assignment to different users
Instantiation of checklists with different test object types and the underlying test objects and assignment to different users
Instantiation of checklists with one test object and assignment to different users
For each selected test object and/or user, a separate checklist is started with the same checklist template. In the course of this, the created checklists open side by side and the execution of the checklists is possible.
The number of test objects is freely selectable. Any number of test objects can be selected for which a checklist with the corresponding checklist template is to be started simultaneously. Depending on the activated option, it is also possible to store several users. With the option "Assign several checklists" also check object types can be selected.
Whether several users can be selected depends on the activated option (see below).
This feature is also available if checklist templates are restricted to test object types in the template settings (Not possible at test object level).
Options:
When setting up this feature, you can choose between three options:
Starting checklists with different test objects
Always start new checklists: When executing checklists via "Bundle and execute", a new checklist is always started automatically.
Continue existing checklists, if possible: When executing checklists by "Bundle and execute", already existing checklists will be continued, if available. Within this option, both open and closed checklists can be used.
Instantiation of checklists with different test objects (types) and different users
Assign multiple Checklists: This allows assigning a checklist for several test objects to several persons. A due date and time can be selected. In addition to selecting individual test objects, test object types can also be selected. This creates a checklist for all underlying test objects. This enables the simultaneous instantiation of very many checklists at once. Attention should be paid to the following:
If more than 100 checklists are assigned, an additional confirmation dialog appears in which the number of checklists must be confirmed.
When all checklists have been assigned, a notification appears that everything worked.
If something failed, a notification appears that not all checklists could be assigned successfully
Key users can activate this feature through the Testify Customer Success Team. For more information, visit Company settings.

Now the checklists are ready for execution. The test object highlighted in orange indicates that this checklist is currently being executed. Clicking on the test objects with a gray background opens the respective checklist. You can also jump to the next checklist by clicking on the blue "Continue" button.
After the checklists have been completed, they are confirmed by the checkmark in the upper right corner.
An overview of all checklists appears for checking before they are left, assigned or closed.
