Step 1: 4 Create checklist templates (using the "Quality Gates" example)
New Checklist Template: QG 1 - [firstname]

Go through all the options in the menu on the right and enter the following parameters for formatting:

On the right side of the menu, go through all the options and make the following settings:

Open the template settings via the context menu of the checklist template and enable the possibility to add signatures when closing/verifying a checklist
Step 3: Publish all 4 checklists
Step 4: Tags
Add the tag "Test" to each checklist via the context menu
