Notifications can be sent to inform users or members of a group about news. The notification settings can be changed in the user settings of the user profiles. There are three different ways to receive notifications:
E-Mail
In-App
Push-Notifications for mobile devices (when using the app)
To receive e-mail notifications, a valid mail address must be stored with the user. If the notifications are to be sent to an alternative mail address, an alternative mail address for notifications can be stored in the user settings under contact information.
In-App
Navigate to the upper right corner and click the icon which is located on the left side of your user name (either a bell icon or the number of notifications you received)
Select “More” to view all your notifications

Push-Notifications
When using the Testify app on mobile devices, in-app notifications can also appear as push notifications. The requirement is that a user is logged into the Testify app and in-app notifications are enabled. These push notifications are also sent when the app is closed. When using multi-tenancy, users will receive notifications from the tenant they currently have open in the app.
Depending on the device type, a message appears at the beginning asking whether push notifications may be sent. If this message does not appear, they are allowed by the device by default. These notifications can be disabled via the device settings.
