After working on offline checklists /and issues they will be displayed as “to be synced“. When the online connection is re-established, the checklists are automatically synchronizedrestored, they are automatically synchronised. During synchronisation, editing is not possible. Any related workflows (e.g. creating a PDF protocol after checklist completion) are triggered only after complete synchronisation.

If you have been working offline, make sure that the data has been synchronized before you leave the system or log off. If there are still issues or checklists in the section "to be synced", not all data has been synchronized yet. Connect to the network and wait until all data is synchronized. Then you can log off or close the system without losing any data. |
