The Testify Training for Key-User is, in addition to the know-how transfer in workshop format as well as the User's Guide, an important foundation for a successful knowledge transfer.
The goal is to get to know the familiar Testify features in more detail using examples and to be able to apply them independently. In doing so, the focus is already set on the own entities and processes in the company. The focus is on the safe handling of the software with the goal of being able to use Testify professionally and independently.
What is the Testify Training and how does it work?
The Testify Training provides Key-User with tasks on the most important features in Testify. After a topic has been discussed in the workshop, it is first necessary to read through the corresponding User's Guide entry, where all important information is summarized. Afterwards, the examples are to be applied in practice. Afterwards, you can already create your own content with company reference.
How are the training documents structured?
The training documents are divided into the Basic and Pro sections. The Basic section serves as the basis for all further steps in Testify. All entities and organizational content are created and displayed there. Pro contains all further sections around checklists, deficiency management and co.
The sections are divided into individual subcategories and, unless otherwise described, workindependently of each other. This brings the advantage that the order can be customized.
