Feature extension: Export/Import Custom Field mapping

 As an addition to the export/import of custom fields, the assignment of custom fields to inspection objects / issues and equipment can now also be activated.

can't remove checklist when it is signature mandatory

The user was not able to remove checklists when they were signed with a mandatory signature.

Deactivated issue category leads to blank page when viewing issues

After the deactivation of an issue category it was not possible anymore to view issues that were within this category. Navigating to such issues lead to a blank page.
