Workflows: Reopen Checklist as action | The workflows have been extended with the action "Open checklists". This makes it possible to automatically assign a checklist to predefined persons or groups after it has been completed. For example, a checklist can be processed automatically by several people. |

Add scoring to checklist excel import | The creation and editing of checklists via Excel has been further optimized. From now on, it is possible to add scoring for the checks. It must be defined for each check whether scoring is activated and which values are stored for each result. | |
Enable score result "not relevant“ | In addition to the option to give check results a scoring that is positive, negative or equal to zero, it is now possible to specify that this is not relevant. If this check result was selected during checklist execution, the check will not be taken into account in the overall evaluation. | |
Permission system for check collections | In the role management, it is now possible to define for the exam collections whether they may be added, edited and viewed. If these permissions are activated, users with this role can add new test collections under "View test objects". | |
Enable multiple check categories for a check | From now on, several check collections can be added to one check. This is possible in the Checklist Designer, provided the feature has been enabled in advance via the Customer Success Team. | |
Add option to hide group and user at excel import | When exporting and importing users and groups via Excel, 0/1 can now be used to set whether they should be hidden (or not) in the assignment list. | |

Testify Release v4.61.0 also includes improvements and bug fixes for the workflows.
