To manage your user profile you have to:
navigate to the upper right corner
click on your username
select “More“
Your screen should then look like this:

Settings - the user settings can be changed here
Notifications - the users notifications are displayed here
Sign out - there are two options
normal sign out
by clicking on the context menu (the three dots) under "Sign out" on the right side of the “sign out” button you can “sign out and reset cache“, there is "Sign out with Cache Reset".
-> If there are any difficulties or delays when using Testify, they can often be solved by a cache reset.
