To manage your user profile you have to:
navigate to the upper right corner
click on your username
select “More“
Your screen should then look like this:
Settings - the user settings can be changed here
Notifications - notifications of the user are displayed here
Sign out - there are two options
normal sign out
by clicking the three dots on the right side of the “sign out” button you can “sign out and reset cache“
About Testify - shows information about Testify (e.g. current version)
